Shanese Williams is a remarkable individual whose 20-year career with the New York City Department of Corrections has shaped her into a devoted and compassionate advocate for others. As a Programs Captain, Shanese played a pivotal role in organizing and leading various programs within the challenging prison landscape, always prioritizing the needs of others. It was during her time in this position that she discovered her passion for serving others and exceeding expectations, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in real estate.

In addition to her extensive expertise in the real estate industry, Shanese also holds important roles in multiple organizations. As the Parliamentarian for the Realtist Alliance of Westchester County, which is affiliated with the National Organization of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Shanese is responsible for ensuring that the meetings follow proper parliamentary procedures using Roberts Rules of Order and promoting democracy in housing. Furthermore, she holds the position of Director for both the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors, where she acts as a trustee/fiduciary for the Association. Dedicating herself to the responsibility of supporting the maintenance of the Association, ensuring its financial stability, fostering its growth, and always prioritizing the welfare of its members.

Outside of real estate, Shanese is a State Trustee for the New York State Fraternal Order of Police, representing Rikers Island Lodge 89. She passionately advocates for the rights and well-being of law enforcement officers and the community they serve.
